Accommodations can be booked during the registration process in the registration area. If you have already registered and now wish to book accommodations, you will need to email the
conference secretariat at this link with your booking request.

All hotels rates include taxes, fees and breakfast.

If you have any special requests – bed type, smoking/non smoking, etc., please add that request into the ‘notes’ section of your booking.

While many hotels allow you to hold a room with a credit card number, we must pay in advance due to the number of rooms that we have secured for the Conference.
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm your reservation without payment in full.

Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received 30 days – 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night fee.
Cancellations receive within 7 days of arrival are non refundable.

After your original registration, payment for additional accommodations, dinners and/or tours will be charged to the credit card that we have on file for you.
If you prefer that an alternate card be charged, please submit the new card number when submitting your amended booking request.
